Things You Need To Know

Shop Policy:
I do accept returns: Contact me within 14 days of delivery and return the item back to me in 28 days.
Returns and exchange details:

All items are made to the customer's request and produced with care. If you have any issues with your product, please get in contact with me with the 24hr time frame, so we can resolve the issue.

Cancellations:
We work hard to ensure that you have your product out on time so we start the creation process immediately after placing the order. We don't accept cancellations.

Adjustments:
If you did not order the correct size we do offer a resizing service, an additional fee might be applied.

Shipment/ production times:
Our current turnaround time is about 3 - 7 business days upon ordering.

Commission paintings take a while longer for delivery, as I need time to produce the art, along with the painting to cure, and finally, add the varnish. This can range to 2 -4 weeks.

 

Every item we make is custom-made from the heart and well worth the wait. Shipping in production times may differ, as we may need more time to prepare a custom order
